Clubs on the register
PATH NETWORKS
Open Connect is live. Two clubs sit under registration. A private seat is reserved. The register lists them. Each club writes its own rulebook. PATH does not admit members.

What ships
UEMOA Corridor and European PATH move from declaration to a published rulebook and a first member, or they stay under registration. The register stays a small public list, not an admission desk. A club that will not publish finder terms is not listed as live.
What it is not
PATH becoming a network. There will be more than one club, and they are expected to interoperate at the format layer. Who sits in a club is that club’s decision.
