04 — europe
European PATH
A declared European club. EMI-heavy by intent. The finder terms are not yet binding.
01 — Identity
What this club is
A European club is the other shape the specification already accounts for: different supervision, different identifier types (LEI, national registers), and a membership that is likely to argue for broadcast SONAR rather than a central index.
Nothing on this page is a commitment by any EMI, bank or supervisor. The row exists because the register would be dishonest if it only showed the one club that is live.
Until a rulebook is published and a first member is admitted, the finder fields below are the terms the declaration named — not terms in force.

03 — Finder
What a member is consenting to
broadcast
The member asks peers in parallel, filtered by declared coverage. Observation is multiplied, not removed.
server_side
The hash protects the database, not members from the network. Identifiers being searched are visible to the club.
member credential
Directory queries require a member credential. Reciprocity is enforceable.
required
What a destination accepts is answered by the holder. The directory does not speak for its members on capability.
